Factory-New Fleet
FlytFinance is an industry leading provider of factory-new training aircraft leases for flight schools and aviation degree programs. We have a large inventory of both Cessna 172S and Piper Archer TX factory positions over the next few years towards supporting flight training operators with fleet expansion and modernization.
All our factory-new planes are delivered with G1000 NXi and GFC-700, and a white exterior towards lessee-branded decal customization (*Piper will potentially accommodate special exterior paint schemes). Both Cessna and Piper will facilitate custom N-Number registrations for our lessees.
FlytFinance leases are typically 3-5 years with a flat monthly lease rate (no minimum flight hour requirements), and lease-end purchase options may be available depending on market conditions and lessee deposit amount.
Pre-Owned Planes
FlytFinance can also facilitate flight training fleet placements through pre-owned purchase-leaseback transactions.
The pre-owned transaction is a simple process where the prospective lessee identifies and inspects the plane, and FlytFinance proposes lease terms and funds the Escrow-based closing.
Pre-owned leases are typically 3-5 years with a flat monthly lease rate (no minimum flight hour requirements), and lease-end purchase options may be available depending on market conditions and aircraft type.
We also consider select “sale-leaseback” opportunities where we purchase the lessee’s existing training aircraft and lease the fleet back to the lessee towards freeing up working capital for flight training operations.
