We are a group of aviation entrepreneurs and investors committed to funding and facilitating opportunities in the flight training community.

 

We started acquiring factory-new planes in 2020 and have leased a large fleet of Cessna 172S and Piper Archer TX to flight training operators around the country.  We are well-positioned with future factory orders to continue lease placements with our existing and new lessees.

 

We are also active in facilitating mergers and acquisitions among flight school operators looking to expand and exit.  We have a unique perspective on flight school business transitions given our national leasing footprint and can make discreet connections in the flight training community towards facilitating operator transitions.
